  • • Clear description of the issue. What are you seeing? What did you expect to see?
  • • Steps to reproduce. If it's a bug, how can we reliably see the same issue?
  • • Browser and device. Works on Chrome but not Safari? Let us know.
  • • Error messages. Copy and paste any error text you see.
  • • Context. Is this blocking work? Does it affect many users or just a few?
